Standard Services - what a Rental Company will usually offer:
Service shall include removal and disposal of waste in accordance with state and local law.Service shall also include removal and disposal of human waste and trash in and around the unit, cleaning of the unit inside and out, removal of graffiti, repairing any damage, refilling with chemicals, stocking of toilet paper, water, hand cleaner and other consumables where applicable.
Services shall be recorded by date to a label affixed inside each unit.
Contractor shall assume all liability and risk associated with the use of the units. This includes repair of damages due to accident, weather, or vandalism, as well as removal of graffiti.
The Contractor shall repair or replace any unit that becomes unsuitable for use within 24 hours of being notified
